Mama Summit is a chance for moms, dad, grandparents, and kids from across the country to show broad and united support for children’s health. Together in a bipartisan, or MOMpartisan, setting we will demand action to protect the air our children breathe–both indoor and outdoor–and call for action on climate change.

So often it's the little things that make the biggest difference. It only takes a moment to say "Thank you", but the impact of this little gesture, this simple act of kindness, can resonate with our veterans for a long time.
Everyone gets sick and everyone deserves the opportunity to recover without risking income or job loss. More than 700,000 Maryland workers cannot earn paid sick days and often go to work sick, send sick children to school or daycare, or in the worst situations, lose their job because they cannot come to work.
In jurisdictions where state and local standards allow workers to earn paid sick days, surveys show workers' lives improved and businesses succeeded.
