Marriage Fairness

The ACLU of Maryland protects all Marylanders from discrimination and unwarranted government intrusion while ensuring the right to freedom of speech and personal expression guaranteed by the United States Bill of Rights and the Maryland Declaration of Rights. The Moving Maryland Forward Network is teaming up with the ACLU of Maryland’s Marriage Fairness campaign to build support for same-sex marriage legislation in 2012.
